All our products come with a 7 day refund guarantee, with the exception of earrings (due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns under any circumstances).

Every care is taken in the making and packing of the designs, however in the event that something arrives to you damaged, please let me know by e-mail within 7 days of receipt and I will put it right, but we do ask that you pay the return postage costs.

We do not refund the cost of postage unless we have made a mistake with your order.
